I studied for years to become an architect. And my I studied for years to become an architect. And my first day in the office, I already knew: I am not doing this for the rest of my life. Actually, I WISH I didn't have to do this for one day more. Every Sunday evening my stomach tightened and I felt the resistance building up in my body. By Monday I went anyway. I told myself I needed more savings first. More clarity on what came next. I had neither, so I stayed. Nine whole long years... It's funny how much a person can get used to. But then eventually I burned out. It was expected, but I didn't want to see it. Somewhere in that recovery I found the actual thing that had been making the decision for me the whole time. It was a belief, buried deep in my subconscious brain, that kept me in my safe 9-5. It wasn't a plan I was missing or a matter of more savings. When I rewired my subconscious mind, the step I had feared for nine years took almost no courage at all. And I quit my job. My nervous system completely at ease. It just felt like a relief, and I wasn't scared anymore. If you cannot make yourself leave, you are not weak. Something in you is holding the door shut, and it can open. And that something is buried in your subconscious brain. It hit me recently that the only way to realize yo It hit me recently that the only way to realize your manifestations is to start living them now. We think: I am not rich yet, so I am not rich. First I have to get rich. But here is the problem. You keep thinking from your own familiar patterns. And those patterns did not make you rich until today. So why would they make you rich tomorrow? That is the recipe for insanity. Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different outcome. If that is what you are doing, you are basically waiting for your manifestations to come through. You are manifesting waiting. If you want to change that, you have to get creative. Think about ways to live the rich life already and start doing it. Get out of your comfort zone and start tomorrow. This is one of the things I use with my clients to rewire the brain. I work somatically, but I am also a very practical coach. I will make you do things that are out of your comfort zone. For sure. In one month Ale, my boyfriend is coming to The Ne In one month Ale, my boyfriend is coming to The Netherlands! I am so excited and grateful. After one year apart and having a long distance relationship we are going to see each other again. It has been difficult. I'm not going to lie. Speaking on the phone and not being able to touch someone and doing fun stuff together is really difficult. Also supporting each other in challenging times is also not easy. But luckily that is almost in the past! I've spent most of my adult life chasing the wrong men. Narcissistic men mostly. It was driven by one core belief of mine: I don't deserve love. Supported by beliefs like: No one will ever fall in love with me. I have to work hard to receive love. Only when I started changing those beliefs, working with the body, the mind and the nervous system I started to attract different men. Men like Ale. Who are kind, loving, who adore me and who really really deeply care. Who never make me work for love and who never make me feel like I don't deserve love. I'm so grateful for him and my choice to start to rewire my subconscious, which made it possible for me to create a different reality. One in which I feel loved 💗💗

You know you are meant for a different life. You h You know you are meant for a different life. You have known for a while. And still, when the opportunity that could actually create it shows up, you find a reason to let it pass. Sometimes not even consciously. You forget an important appointment or you don't reach out to a potential client that showed interest.  I used to think that meant something was wrong with me. It didn't. It means something in you got the message, a long time ago, that a different life was not safe to reach for yet. Your brain cannot tell the difference between something new and something dangerous. If it does not recognize a pattern, it treats it as risk, and pulls you back to whatever is familiar, even when familiar is the exact thing you are trying to leave. That is what is really happening when you let the message sit unanswered. When you cancel the call. When you tell yourself you will get to it once things calm down. Not a discipline problem. A belief, sitting in your subconscious mind and creating a strong sensation somewhere in your body, making your nervous system react and deciding this is not safe. I made something that goes straight there, to the belief, and to the exact place in your body where it lives, so you can feel the reaction in your nervous system, let it go and start to rewire your subconscious mind.  If you are ready to start changing your life comment LIFE and I will send it to you.

It is not sitting on your couch, visualizing money, waiting for a bag of it to land on your head. Manifestation is wanting a cup of coffee, then getting up and moving your body toward it. It is visualizing what you want, and then doing what getting it actually requires, spending the money, making the trip, taking the action. So if you have been visualizing something and it has not happened, here is what that actually means. Your subconscious is holding beliefs working very hard to keep you exactly where you are. That is its job. Limiting beliefs are not random, they are a lens, and that lens filters out the opportunities that could change your life before you even see them clearly enough to say yes. If your intentions keep not landing, and you have decided manifestation does not work for you, I want to offer you something before you close that door for good. You have not looked at your subconscious mind yet. I made a guide for exactly this. It will help you find the specific limiting beliefs working against what you are trying to manifest, and it gives you a tool to release and rewire them.
